Lord Robert Pope, Earl of Phoenix.
These Knights to be taken from the Ranks of Knights of the Order of Wisdom and Learning and there are two Lord’s appointed K.G.S.O.W.L. who are given the authority to appoint Knights to that Order to serve as Knight Protector of the Female Agency in Science.
These Knights are authorised to personally use the Seal of that Order (O.W.L.) to endorse works of Art that they deem worthy of representing the Science-Art Creative Physics research that they and the late Lord George Robert Cockburn have pioneered.
The Seal shall bear only the words:
'By Royal Charter of the Principality of Hutt River
Knights of the Order of Wisdom & Learning,
Knights Protectors of the Female Agency in Science'.
