HRH Prince Leonard is proud to announce the attendance of two of the Principality’s Hon Consuls, the Hon Consul to Benin, Sir Kerekou Yamoude and the Principality’s Hon Consul to Cote D’ Ivoire, Dame R. Morvan at the HCCGH - FICAC (World Federation of Consuls) 1^st African Regional Conference held recently in Accra, Ghana.

It is very pleasing to see the involvement of the Principality in world affairs and the attendance and the active participation in and at such world gatherings by representatives of this nation.
