FRAUD
WARNING

its claimed website.
(AKA HRPP Gambling Commission)
It has come to the attention of this Office
that once again the scammers and fraudulent operators are out
there on the internet attempting to fill their pockets at the
cost of innocent and/or naive persons who are unaware of who
they are truly dealing with.
A new website, hidden behind a "private"
domain management service located in the Netherlands, has recently
appeared calling itself the Hutt River Gambling Control
Commission (AKA HRPP Gambling Control Commission), claiming to represent some gambling control commission
of this Principality and offering various licences to operate
gambling companies and the registering of companies etc by this
Principality. The perpetrators of this latest fraud have gone to
great lengths to make the site appear as close
as possible to a genuine operation of this Principality, having
taken emblems and wording etc from our website and
incorporating into their own for appearance sake.
Throughout the fraudulent site, various "regulations,
rules and even documents" are referred to or shown that in fact
have no place in the reality of this Principality at all.
The intention of the operators of this
website is to obtain sums of up to $100,000.00
dollars for some fake licences/registrations supposedly issued
by this Principality, which in fact are worthless pieces
of paper without any standing at all and nothing to do with the
Principality of Hut River, Government or otherwise and it is our hope that none fall
for this latest money making scam.
This Principality does not allow the registration of gambling companies, does not issue
licences for such activities and all registering and licensing
pertaining to companies can only be done directly with this
office in the Principality.
The Principality does not have any form of Gambling Act or
Control Commission or anything similar, as gambling is simply
not allowed associated with this Principality.
There are no "agents" or
"representatives" anywhere else in the world who can take part
in such matters, all must be done direct with us here in the
Principality. Any company legally registered within the
Principality and found to be involved in gambling activities
with that PHR registered company will find their registration
immediately suspended.
This matter has been handed to our
Diplomatic Security Force who are now investigating this scam
with the aim to have it shut down and its operators charged with
various criminal charges. Anyone who can assist with information
on this latest scam should contact either the Registrar of
Companies and Banks or preferably the PHR Diplomatic Security
Force, information received will be treated in strict
confidence.
